Hadith Class, Sheikh Haroon

Inner Dimensions presents Sheikh Haroon who is lecturing a very special Hadith Class taken from Imam Nawawi’s 40 Hadith collection.

Classes are FREE and take place at Warrington Islamic Centre every other Thursday. Questions can be asked at the end of each class.

Ladies Facilities at Taraveeha Prayers

There is now ample room for sisters to come and pray Taraveeha prayers at Warrington Islamic Centre.

A seperate marquee has been erected inside the main prayer hall with full covering allowing sisters to pray with pardah (veil).

Ramadan Appeal 2012

Alhamdulilah Allah (swt) has again blessed us with a unique and amazing opportunity to serve Him (swt) and to do his work, Insha Allah.

Works are planned to start on the rebuilding of the Wudu and Ghusl areas, transforming and bringing the Masjid up to date so it can cater for the growing number of attendees.

To gain blessings, Ajar and Swaab, Insha Allah, please donate generously and give Sadqah in the blessed month of Ramadan to help realise this wonderful project.

Donating even a small amount will surely be of huge benefit to you and your loved ones as Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) has told us that 3 things will give you continuos blessings (Sadqah Jariah) after our passage from this world. They are:

1. Pious children / offspring that follow the path of our Lord (swt)
2. Helping Orphans and teaching them in the way of Islam
3. Building or contributing towards the building / upkeep of a Masjid

Allah (swt) tells us, through His beloved Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) that one of the ways to receive continuous blessings [Sadqah Jariya] is to build a mosque in this life )or contribute towards building a mosque in any way you can) and He (Allah swt) will build a palace for you in Jannah (Heaven) Insha Allah.

Eid -Ul- Fitr Prayers 2011

Insha Allah Eid Prayers will be held Wednesday morning at Warrington Islamic Centre, Lockton Lane, Bewsey, WA5 0BF.

Eid Prayers will commence at 9.45am prompt.

Fitrana is set at £2.50 per person. Please see to it that if you are the head of the family that you pay  £2.50 for each family member (including guests at your home). E.g. if you are a family of 4 (husband, wife, 2 children) then your Fitrana is £10.

All Fitrana proceeds will be donated to those most in need in Pakistan and Bangladesh this year.

There will also be a collection for our Imaam and a collection for the Islamic Centre.

Parking: Please do not park in Clapgates Road and please do not park on the top car park. Please do not block other cars. Car parking attendants will be available to help with parking for Eid Paryers.

Can we ask all able bodied brothers to park on Lilford Avenue or the car park by the park (please see map for details).

Both these areas will act as an overspill once the main car park at the Islamic Centre is full.

Karbala – Special Muharram Event at WIA

To commemorate the 10th of Muharram and The Day of Ashura WIA are holding a special event at Warrington Islamic Centre on the 25th December 2010. All welcome!

The 10th of Muharram is a very special day in the Islamic calendar as it the day that our Holy Prophets’ (SAW) grandson and his family were martyred.

Learn about the events that surrounded this day, be educated about your Rasools (SAW) beloved family and be inspired by the humility and dignity they showed in the face of such tyranny.

Programme Starts at 4pm PROMPT, Insha Allah until 7pm. FOOD WILL BE SERVED.
